Organizations Table

Describes an organization. An Organizaiton can be a company, a government department, a university or college, a non-profit or any other type.

Columns:

1. OrgId - A unique identifier for each organization
2. Name
3. Address - Primary address
4. City
5. State
6. RegionCode
7. Country
8. Type
9. WebAddress
10. Phone

Notes:

How do you model an organization? It may be in multiple locations. This table will indicate the primary address of the organization (often known as headquarters or main office). We will treat other offices as branches or other locations.
